You already know you are not in the top three. What you do not know is where you drop off. Your profile can rank first from your own parking lot and vanish four miles east, and most owners never see it, because Google shows you what it thinks you want to see.

The Discovery Framework

Access

Profile Access

You grant manager access to your Google Business Profile. The seven days start here, not at payment, because nothing can be measured or fixed until we are in.

Service Area Defined

We confirm the geography you actually sell into, so the scan covers where your customers are instead of where your address is.

Competitor Set Locked

We identify the three businesses currently outranking you across that area. These are the ones every comparison runs against.

Baseline Captured

Your profile is documented exactly as it stands today. Every change made later is measured against this.

The Scan

The Visibility Map

A geo-grid scan showing your Map Pack position at every point across your service area, not one blended average. You find out where you own the map and where you disappear.

The Profile Teardown

Services mapped to categories with no overlap and no wasted slots. A completeness pass across description, hours, special hours, photos, logo, Q&A, booking links, posting history, review volume, and review response patterns.

The Gap List

Every finding written plainly, with what it is costing you in relevance. Not "your profile needs work." The actual list.

The Call

The Map, Run Live

We run the geo-grid on the call and you watch it populate. No PDF you have to take on faith.

The Category Walk

We show you what your competitors carry that you do not, and what that is worth.

The Gap Review

Every item on the list, in order, with the reasoning behind it.

Changes Approved

You know exactly what we are changing before we change anything. Nothing gets touched without your sign-off.

The Fixes

Categories and Services Rebuilt

Primary and secondary categories corrected. Services written and mapped so no two compete for the same relevance signal.

The Profile Completed

Description, hours, special hours, photos, logo, Q&A, and booking links filled in and corrected. We make the changes ourselves. You are not handed a spreadsheet and a homework assignment.

Eight Posts, Written and Loaded

Eight Google Business Profile posts written for your business and scheduled. Posting is a live activity signal, and most businesses post twice and quit. This is two months of runway without opening the app.

Before and After

A short side-by-side of what the profile looked like on day zero and what it looks like now.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between this and The Local Tune-Up?

The Teardown is profile work only, done in a week. No website, no migration, no homepage. The Tune-Up is the one-time foundation fix that includes the site migration, homepage redesign, and three months of tracking alongside the profile work. If your site is fine and your profile is the problem, start here.

Will this get me ranked?

It corrects the relevance signals ranking is built on, and it shows you exactly where you stand across your service area. It does not include ongoing SEO, content, backlinks, or any ranking guarantee. Category and profile changes take weeks to settle, and how far you move depends on your market. What we commit to is the work, not a position.

Do I own my website?

Yes. You own your domain, your accounts, and your content throughout. Once the project is paid in full, the Webflow project transfers to you. You keep the keys.

Do I have to give you access to my Google Business Profile?

Yes, and it is the whole point. Handing you a list of fixes is what the last agency did. We make the changes ourselves, which means being in the profile. You keep ownership the entire time and you can remove our access the day we finish.

What if I already have an agency?

Happens often. We will still run it, and we will tell you plainly what they have done well and what they have left sitting. If someone has been managing your profile for a year and half the fields are empty, that is worth knowing regardless of what you do with us.

Does this work for my industry?

If you have a Google Business Profile and customers find you through search or Maps, yes. The mechanics are the same whether you are a roofer, a med spa, or a bakery. Categories, services, completeness, and activity. What changes is which competitors we pull and which categories matter.

What's the difference between this and the free audit everybody sends?

A free audit is a lead magnet. Somebody runs a tool, exports a PDF, and emails you a list of things you now have to go do yourself. This is seven days of work on your actual profile, plus a geo-grid you watch run live and a competitor comparison built by hand.

Is there any exclusivity?

No. Market exclusivity is a Local Conquest benefit only. With a Teardown we can work with other businesses in your category and metro, and we disclose that up front so there are no surprises.
